Yes, we had a hard time believing that this insane mountain formation was actually real,

because we haven't fallen down the rabbit hole.

But, believe it or not, this technicolor range actually exists.Story continues below.

실제로 이러한 미친듯한 산의 地層이 사실이라는 것을 믿기는 어려웠다.

그러나, 믿거나 말거나 이러한 천연색 山脈은 實存하고 있다.

The mountains are part of the Zhangye Danxia Landform Geological Park in China.

Layers of different colored sandstone and minerals were pressed together over 24

million years and then buckled up by tectonic plates, according to the Telegraph.

Here's a photo showing some detail of the rich "layer cake" action going on.

 

이 산들은 중국의 甘肅省(Gansu) 張掖(Zhangye) 丹霞(Danzia)의 地形地質學公園의

한 부분이다.

각기 다른 색채의 사암(砂岩)과 광물로 이뤄진 層은 2천4백만 년 동안 함께 눌려

왔고, 그리하여 板狀을 이루어 움직이고 있는 地殼의 表層에 의하여 구부러진

것이다.

여기에는 풍부한‘層狀 캐이크’(켜 사이에 크림-잼 등을 넣은 스펀지 캐이크)의

활동이 진행되고 있는 상세한 설명을 보여주는 사진이 있다.

 

 

There's a similar formation in British Columbia called the Rainbow Range formed

from a mixture of volcanic rock and various minerals.

While the photos are certainly incredible, there could be some slight photo

manipulation going on to make the colors pop a bit

more than they would naturally.

This Flickr photo could be a more accurate representation, but still, the mountains

are amazing.

火山岩과 여러 가지 광물질의 合成物로 이루어진 소위 무지개 산맥이라고

불리는

이와 유사한 구성이 British Columbia에 있다.

사진들은 확실히 믿을 수 없지만, 자연의 색채보다는 다소 튀는 색깔로

The formations were shaped into the flowing valleys after thousands of years of rain and

wind,

and the region has been listed as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 2010.

이 지역은 2010년 이래 유네스코 세계유산지역으로 지정되었다.
